Pastry Chef jobs

The Pastry Chef is one of the 'station Chefs' but is often classed as a stand alone chef job.

The Pastry Chef is responsible for making baked goods such as breads, along with pastries and desserts.  The Pastry chef is often in charge of the dessert menu which may also include the selection of dessert wines, cheese platters and other specialty dessert drinks.


A pastry chef's department may be broken down into several others such as
