Pastry Chef de Partie

The opportunity has arisen for a very experienced Pastry Chef with at least three years experience of two rosette kitchen operations. You must have real passion about fresh ingredients and making all bread, pastries, desserts, and have the ability to take instruction and guidance from the Head Chef, and manage the pastry section in its entirety.

The property is a beautifully appointed privately owned Hotel and Wedding Venue.

You will attend daily menu meetings with the Head Chef and ensure that all regulatory and company documented procedures are carried out. You will be producing for A la Carte, Banqueting and Lounge areas.

The salary on offer is negotiable and live-in may available. You will work 5 days out of 7, with straights and splits.

If you match the following criteria, then this position may be for you:-

2 years two rosette kitchen experience
7061/2/3 or NVQ equivalent pastry
Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
Well presented
Flexible in approach to work
Effective Communicator
Self-motivated and disciplined
Legal Right to work in E.U.(Documentary proof may be needed)
