Head Bar Tender

The opportunity has arisen for a Head Bar Tender with at least three years experience of fine dining operations. You will have classical formal training, and a comprehensive knowledge of the finest service standards cuisine and a good understanding of spirits, digestifs and cocktails. You will be passionate about customer satisfaction, and creating the perfect customer experience.

The property itself is a Stunning Hotel in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for the Bar, whilst supporting the team at all times. You will be running your own service as assigned during your shift.

The salary on offer is between £15000 and £16000 per annum plus generous gratuities. You will work 5 days out of 7, with straights and splits.
