Bar Supervisor - Private Members Club

The opportunity has arisen for a Bar Supervisor with at least five years experience of fine dining operations. You will have classical formal training, and a comprehensive knowledge of the finest service standards cuisine and a good understanding of spirits, digestifs and cocktails. You will be passionate about customer satisfaction, and creating the perfect customer experience.

The property itself is a private members club. You will be responsible for the Bar, whilst supporting the team at all times. You will be running your own service as assigned during your shift, which will be in the club bar. You must have a personal license.

The salary on offer is between £15000 and £20000 per annum plus generous gratuities. You will work 5 days out of 7, with straights and splits. This is a Monday to Friday operation, with a little business over the weekend.
